Actis, a leading London based Private equity firm partnered with ConJoin Global to enable the emergence of a change leader for the healthcare services industry. Early in 2011, the merged entity has changed its name to Anthelio Healthcare Solutions Inc.

The new name reflects the broadening of Anthelio's services portfolio and a reinvigorated strategy focused on the healthcare industry. This strategy focuses on providing hospitals and other healthcare providers with innovative ways to use technology and re-engineered business processes that help bend the cost curve, create capacity and streamline operations to improve patient care.
