Strong planning, implementation and organizational leadership skills have enabled him to recruit, develop and lead teams that have always excelled in service delivery in diverse domains such as healthcare, insurance, hospitality, mortgage, global resource management, financial services, collections and manufacturing.

He has been part of the leadership team in various startups and fast growing organizations holding P&L responsibility, being responsible for solution design and strategy implementation, client relationship management and revenue growth.

Apart from working in organizations such as IDS Infotech, Kirloskar Pneumatic and Nestle, he has been an entrepreneur in the past.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Honors) from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh.
