Mark Falkenberg has served as Chief Financial Officer of Anthelio since joining the company in June 2006. Mr. Falkenberg has over 32 years of financial management and public accounting experience including significant experience serving companies in both technology and healthcare industries.

Prior to joining Anthelio, Mr. Falkenberg was the Chief Accounting Officer for Intervoice Inc., a publicly owned international technology company.  From 1994 to 2000, Mr. Falkenberg served as Chief Financial Officer for Harris Methodist Health Plan, a subsidiary of Texas Health Resources, a large hospital system based in Arlington, Texas.

Mr. Falkenberg holds a B.A. degree in Accounting and Economics from Texas Lutheran University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
