Kathy McBrayer is the Chief People Officer of Anthelio. Kathy has more than 20 years of corporate experience in business and human resources (HR). Prior to Anthelio, Kathy led the HR business activities for Hewlett-Packard’s US$8.4 billion global applications outsourcing business, which included applications development, management, maintenance, systems integration, and consulting.

Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, a Masters of Education, and is in the dissertation phase of doctoral studies in Organization and Management. Kathy’s passion for the people side of the business is evident in her work as an adjunct professor and freelance author, teaching and writing about HR issues.
