Harjeet Singh Khanduja is an experienced HR executive. He has served in leadership roles in a variety of industries throughout his career, including Automotive, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Energy and Retail Sectors.

Harjeet is a highly motivated team player and a charismatic leader with an interest in working within a high-paced environment. He has the ability to seek and disseminate knowledge along with his strong interpersonal and communication skills with a flair for people management.

He has 15 years of human resources experience, creating and maintaining the HR function for small, medium and large organizations at various stages of growth. He has handled HR effectively at all three phases of an organization, i.e. the creation, consolidation and growth phases.

Harjeet previously worked with Reliance Industries, Reliance Retail, Tata Motors and Nicholas Piramal. Harjeet has a Bachelor's Degree with Honors in Engineering from IIT Roorkee and an Executive Master of Business Administration with Honors from NMIMS, Mumbai. He is a Champion in the Tata Business Excellence Model (based on Malcolm Baldridge criteria), Value Engineering, Kaizen and 5S. He is a Green Belt in Six Sigma, White Belt in Executive Coaching and an Assessor for Predictive Index.
