Bruce Sugarman has served in numerous management positions in the areas of Finance, Business Development and Operations with companies such as WSI, Waste Management, US Liquids Inc., Laidlaw Waste Systems, BFI and GTE. He has extensive experience in acquisition process, and played significant roles in more than 40 transactions. He is experienced in all phases of the M & A process including negotiations, analysis, due diligence and integration. Mr. Sugarman started his career as a CPA with the “Big 8” firm of Coopers & Lybrand.
