Anthelio's team performs daily quality assurance (QA) processes to verify insurance and account data, and to validate the accuracy and completeness of registrations, in order to eliminate or reduce re-work by billers or collectors, speed up processing time and eliminate delays caused by errors (e.g., incorrect plan ID selection, missing data elements, incomplete insurance verification or eligibility documentation) that often occur at registration.
