PHNS supplies hospitals with accurate, Web-based transcription services, improved turnaround times and competitive rates. Our transcription services are offered through an automated and electronic platform, which increases the efficiency of workflow, or by managing subcontractors that the hospitals previously engaged to provide transcription services. We have also established a transcription operation in the Philippines to provide higher quality and lower cost transcription services than can be provided in the United States.
To ease the transcription process, PHNS offers a Web-based tool that allows physicians to check the status of each report and track the progress of all transcriptions. Our transcription services make it easy for physicians to view, edit and approve patient records, send emails to referring physicians, and manage and store their personal records.
