Mangum Community Hospital Secures PHNS for
Remote Coding Support
DALLAS, TX- December 15, 2006 – In their efforts to maintain
excellence as a healthcare provider, Mangum Community Hospital
(MCH) has secured the services of PHNS to provide remote
coding support for their Health Information Management (HIM)
division using the PHNS CodeRemoteTM System. PHNS will
provide MCH with experienced, credentialed HIM professionals
to review inpatient and outpatient medical records and apply
appropriate billing and reimbursement codes. The CodeRemoteTM
System will enable MCH to scan their paper-based medical
records into the CodeRemoteTM System, PHNS’ HIPAA compliant,
web-based system.
