North Texas Hospital selects PHNS to provide Medical Coding Services

DALLAS, TX- August 22, 2007 - North Texas Hospital, a hospital owned and operated by physicians in partnership with Cirrus Health that is located in Denton, Texas, has chosen PHNS to provide comprehensive medical coding services for North Texas Hospital’s Health Information Management (HIM) department. PHNS will provide North Texas Hospital with experienced, credentialed HIM professionals to perform medical record coding through PHNS' proprietary, HIPAA compliant remote coding application, CodeRemote.  

PHNS' HIM Division currently provides interim staff placement, coding, auditing, education, release of information, records management and transcription services for over 385 healthcare customers. All services are offered on an "as needed" basis or on a full service outsourcing relationship.
