Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital selects

Santa Rosa Memorial
Hospital, Sonoma county’s only level II trauma center, has
selected PHNS to provide remote coding of all Emergency
Department Records. PHNS will utilize its proprietary
CodeRemote system to provide HIPAA compliant information
exchange. PHNS’ commitment to coding quality and
turnaround time will have a positive impact on Santa Rosa’s
information flow and revenue cycle. PHNS offers both remote
and onsite coding for hospitals. PHNS’ coding services are
“site specific” services that are customized to fit the exact
requirements and needs of its hospital customers.
PHNS’ HIM Division currently
provides interim staff placement, coding, auditing, education,
release of information, records management and transcription for
over 350 healthcare customers. All services are offered on
an “as needed” basis or on a full service outsourcing
