CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER ANNOUNCED

DALLAS, TX- May 19, 2006 – Mark C. Falkenberg has been named as Chief Financial Officer of PHNS Inc., a privately owned company that provides information technology and business process services to hospitals.  Mark brings to PHNS over 26 years of experience in financial management for private and public companies, as well as audit and project management experience as a certified public accountant with a large national accounting firm.  Mark was previously the Chief Accounting Officer for Intervoice, a publicly owned international technology company based in Dallas, Texas, and prior to that he was Chief Financial Officer of Harris Methodist Health Plan, a subsidiary of Texas Health Resources in Arlington, Texas.
