DALLAS, TX- April 12, 2007 -
PHNS Inc. announced a new long-term agreement to provide information technology services
(IT), health information management (HIM) services (including medical records, transcription

IT and HIM services to PHNS since 2000.
“MCRMC is looking forward to receiving the same
significant IT and HIM service improvements and cost reductions that the other McLaren Health
Care hospitals have received from PHNS for many years,” said Mark S. O’Halla, president and CEO
of MCRMC.
“McLaren Health Care’s partnership with PHNS has
created substantial value for our system through improved services, reduced costs and millions
of dollars in cash that we’ve reinvested in our growing health care delivery system,” said Phil
Incarnati, president and CEO of McLaren Health Care.
