Abington Memorial Hospital Selects PHNS for Onsite Coding Compliance Audit
DALLAS, TX- April 3, 2007 -
As part of its endeavor to maintain excellence as a healthcare provider, Abington Memorial Hospital has
selected PHNS to provide an onsite audit of the inpatient and outpatient coding division of its Clinical
Information Services (CIS) department. PHNS will provide Abington Memorial Hospital with experienced,
credentialed Health Information Management (HIM) professionals to review inpatient and outpatient medical
records to ensure accuracy in documentation and applied coding, together with any necessary recommendations
and coding staff education.
