Application Management Services

PHNS’ Web Services Team ("WST") provides web-based software development and support services for all PHNS customers. These applications can be stand-alone solutions for clients where third party vendor solutions are non-existent or not cost effective. They can also be enhancements modules to third party vendor applications to increase their value and usability. The PHNS WST also provides product development services for PHNS proprietary software product lines including Patient Care Solutions PIE, FIE and other products in addition to R&D services in partnership with PHNS’ customer base.

The PHNS WST provides technology leadership within PHNS by establishing and maintaining corporate standards in software development, product development, support and training. These standards include development methodologies and development processes that decrease risk and increase percentages for delivering solutions on time and under budget. The PHNS WST is also pursuing industry standard certifications that demonstrate the success rate of these methodologies and processes.
