PHNS Purchasing Services Team source and acquire goods, products and services for PHNS and its customers at the right time, at the right price and at the right quantity required.

The Purchasing Services Team is expected to meet the needs of PHNS and its’ customers, constructively administering established policies and procedures to facilitate purchasing functions and at the same time meeting high standards of business practices, prudent management of funds and legal and contractual constraints -- all with a minimum of administrative intervention, delay and resources.

Another strategic goal of procurement is to focus PHNS resources, services and products to support IT asset management goals and objectives. The goal is to educate customers and staff on the principles and services associated with asset management and to educate customers and staff on the preparation of capital expenditure project requests.
