Project Management Office

The PHNS Project Management Office ("PMO") provides project management services to PHNS’ entire customer base. The PMO directly manages large scale systems implementations and mission critical application verticals (PACS, EMR, HIS and completes project initiatives on time, within scope and under budget).

The PMO is a Project Management Institute and Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society standards based organization charged with establishing corporate project management standards, training and mentoring in project management methodologies and implementation of enterprise-wide consolidated project management collaboration toolsets.

Contract Management System

As an additional service, PHNS offers the Contract Management System (CMS) System, a web application used to track obligations, payments and fees for each vendor contract. CMS provides access to all pertinent information related to a specific contract. CMS also provides the capability to: access contract parameters online, contract notification and escalation, internet access to all contracts in the CMS database, contract date/event management, monitoring of provisions critical to hospital contractual compliance, and monitoring of financial obligations related to vendor contract compliance.
