Disaster Recovery Services

PHNS can assist customers in the establishment of disaster recovery plans by:

• Conducting an IT business impact analysis
• Assessing and implementing preventive measures
• Developing disaster recovery plans for in-scope PHNS services
• Integrating the contingency plans with the customer’s emergency response and business continuity plans
• Assisting in the organization of disaster management and response teams

PHNS’ Disaster Recovery scope of services includes the following:

• Risk assessments and risk mitigation strategies
• Development of a custom recovery/contingency plan that complies with all regulatory agency requirements (i.e. JCAHO, HIPAA, CMS, CAP)
• Complete annual exercises to test Disaster Recovery Plans, score the results and deliver continuous improvement

PHNS will also build and maintain a complete inventory for each facility and provide for an Emergency Operations Center to execute command and control of disaster plan execution and recovery during a disaster event.
