Desktop Services
PHNS Desktop Services is responsible for
the estimation, assessment, installation, set-up and maintenance
of personal computers ("PCs"), thin-client devices, printers
and peripherals devices located at internal and external
customer sites. Desktop Services provides 24 hour
support. Desktop Services maintains an inventory of all
PCs in each geographic area, installs new applications,
updates, fixes, virus protection and replaces retired hardware.
