Innovation Council
U.S. hospitals and other healthcare providers are facing escalating quality improvement and financial pressures. As a significant part of Anthelio's “A higher aim. A newer standard.” objective, it has established its Healthcare Innovation Council, which consists of an independent group of healthcare experts.
Healthcare Innovation Council members collaborate to generate innovative ideas on how U.S. hospitals and other healthcare providers can meet escalating quality demands and financial pressures. The Healthcare Innovation Council develops innovative ideas that help healthcare providers improve:
- Delivery of high quality, safe, effective, patient-centered, timely, efficient, and equitable healthcare services
- Top-line and bottom-line financial results
The Healthcare Innovation Council meets on a quarterly basis to review innovative ideas generated by its members, employees of Anthelio, and employees of Anthelio's clients.
Anthelio launched the Healthcare Innovations Hub, a collaborative public healthcare platform Wiki aimed at generating public dialogue and identifying new, innovative ideas to improve healthcare quality, patient safety, and costs.
The Healthcare Innovations Hub enables interested participants from within or outside the healthcare industry to participate in an ideation process that enables them to discuss, evaluate, and submit ideas to improve healthcare quality and costs. Ideas generated through Anthelio's Healthcare Innovations Hub are discussed and evaluated by the Healthcare Innovation Council and made publicly available.
To transform ideas into results, Anthelio’s Healthcare Innovation Council "road tests" merit worthy, innovative ideas generated through its Healthcare Innovation Hub at selected hospitals. The results of these pilot projects is shared publicly. In this way, Anthelio demonstrates the effectiveness of online collaboration to generate game-changing ideas to improve healthcare quality and costs.
