Adventist HealthCare, Inc. ("AHC")

AHC is a non-profit, integrated network of healthcare services that includes hospitals, home health agencies, nursing centers and other healthcare services. Based in Rockville, Maryland, AHC employs more than 7,000 people and treats well over 200,000 patients each year among its various entities and services.

The Detroit Medical Center ("DMC")

The largest healthcare provider in southeast Michigan, the DMC operates seven hospitals (Children's Hospital of Michigan, Detroit Receiving, Harper, Huron Valley-Sinai, Hutzel, the Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan and Sinai-Grace Hospital), two nursing centers and more than 100 outpatient facilities throughout southeast Michigan and is affiliated with the Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute.

General Health System ("GHS")

GHS, through its healthcare affiliates, is committed to improving the quality of life of the people it serves. Baton Rouge General Medical Center is it's flagship entity and is supported by First Care Physicians, Advanced Medical Concepts, Mid City Redevelopment Alliance, General Health System Foundation and other programs providing care and services to it's community.

McLaren Health Care Corporation ("MHCC")

MHCC is based in Flint , Michigan and is one of the top 25 integrated health care systems in the United States. Its reach embraces 22 counties with four regional hospitals--McLaren Regional Medical Center ( Flint ); Lapeer Regional Medical Center (Lapeer); Ingham Regional Medical Center ( Lansing ) and Bay Regional Medical Center ( Bay City ). McLaren Regional Medical Center, a 458-bed teaching hospital in Flint , Michigan, is affiliated with Michigan State University College of Human Medicine.
