Auditing

PHNS is comprised of skilled, credentialed auditors from the HIM profession and provides a full array of inpatient, outpatient, emergency department (physician and facility) and special auditing services. PHNS offers design and implementation of continuous auditing and monitoring programs. The PHNS auditing team specializes in DRG, Same Day Surgery, Interventional Radiology, Emergency Department and APC reviews. Reports may be tailored to meet facility or physician practice needs and specifications.
