Brent brings over 18 years of experience in Healthcare and Information Technology industries. Prior to joining Anthelio Healthcare Solutions, Mr. Shook excelled at computer programming and standardizing processes with companies like EDS and Aetna Life and Casualty.
Since joining Anthelio in 2004, Mr. Shook heads Service Desk based in Flint, Michigan and Hyderabad, India consisting of over 50 Agents working 7x24x365 with an average monthly call volume of over 35,000 contacts across multiple accounts servicing over 40,000 hospital employees while maintaining less than 6% abandonment rate. Mr. Shook has been instrumental in successfully bringing on several new hospitals to the Anthelio Service Desk.
