PHNS has extensive electronic health record (“EHR”) experience from participation in 27 EHR initiatives, including EHR selections, education and training, business process re-engineering, implementations, upgrades and/or system improvements. Using this experience PHNS has developed a proprietary set of EHR best practices processes and procedures, which enable PHNS to assist its hospital customers achieve their EHR expectations in a timely and cost-effective manner.
