Kristen Erler
General Counsel

Kristen Erler has served as General Counsel since 2006.  From 2002-2006, Ms. Erler has served as Deputy General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel for the Company.  From 1997-2002, Ms. Erler practiced law in several national law firms, including Jones Day; Brobeck, Pheger & Harrison; and Locke Liddell and Sapp.   Prior to that time, Ms. Erler worked as an Auditor for Ernst & Young and is a Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Erler holds a B.B.A in Accounting and Management from Texas A&M University and a J.D. from the University of Texas Law School.
