Chuck Valaitis
Executive Director of Business Development

Chuck Valaitis has more than a decade of information technology and systems management experience. He began his career at Affiliated Computer Services, Inc ("ACS"). one of the world’s largest information technology outsourcing companies with more than $1.6 billion in revenues.

As Vice President of ACS Financial Services, Chuck managed a $30 million financial institution account and supervised 60 application programmers handling 150 banks. His also monitored and serviced 5,000 ATMs for 200 banks.

After Chuck was named Vice President of the ACS Client Support Group, he assumed management of the company’s $110 million Electronic Commerce Group which supported 400 banks and 14,000 ATMs nationwide. He directed the company’s Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Security Administration and Documentation groups for the company’s outsourcing clients.

Chuck’s move to PHNS was prompted by what he sees as a new frontier for information technology. He enjoys the challenge of creating an integrated nationwide network that will make a vast volume of medical and financial data readily accessible to hospitals, physicians, labs, patients and insurance companies. His goal is to improve the delivery of healthcare while lowering costs.

Chuck is committed to community involvement and family activities. He leads the Carroll Independent School Districts’ Technology Committee. He serves as President of his Homeowners Association, and he and his family are members of the United Methodist Church . Chuck is a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas.
