Christy O’Brien
Director of Human Resources

Christy O’Brien has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources. Prior to joining the PHNS team O’Brien gained Human Resources experience at Union Square Federal Credit Union and Hoak Capital Corporation in Dallas, Texas, and at Resource One Credit Union in Dallas, Texas where she managed the Human Resources and training departments.

O’Brien joined the PHNS team in June 2001 in the Corporate Human Resources department as an HR Generalist with specialty in employee relations and benefits. She quickly advanced to the Senior Benefits Manager where she spent the next three years managing PHNS’ benefit programs, specializing in employee transitions and training for her succession to the Director position. O’Brien was promoted to the Director of Human Resources in January 2007. She currently leads a team of 8 HR representatives who specialize in employee relations, payroll, benefits and training. O’Brien is responsible for the successful on boarding of acquired employees and the overall strategic direction of the Human Resources department.

O’Brien received her Bachelors of Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources Management from Midwestern State University in May 1995. O’Brien lives with her husband and daughter in Dallas, Texas.
