Chris Walls brings over seventeen years of experience in management and technology. Walls has worked in a variety of industries including healthcare, financial and energy and has extensive experience and knowledge in international business development and management.

With PHNS, Walls is responsible for all of PHNS’ Information Technology customers, PHNS' Web Development Services, Internal Applications Development, all Support, Integration Services and Project Management Services. Walls' responsibilities include support of PHNS corporate operations with a project management team overseeing in excess of $40 million of capital projects for PHNS' internal and external customers.

Walls has managed the following projects: The Detroit Medical Center CDI project plan with an estimated budget of $2 million in PHNS man-time, development of an Electronic Medical Records project plan for all Adventist Healthcare facilities in Maryland and New Jersey, consolidation of data center activities from Rockville, Maryland to Baton Rouge, Louisiana resulting in $3+ million savings to corporate partners over the contract life and supported the development, design and implementation of the PHNS Vendor Contract Management System, eTime Project Time Tracking and made significant improvement to PHNS' internal billing system, DPRAMS.

Before joining PHNS, Walls worked as Vice President of Business Development and Account Management for the Harbour Group in Dallas, the Director of Outsourcing Business Development at MCI Systemhouse Corporation, Vice President of Client Services at Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) and Manager of Business Development at Electronic Data Systems (EDS). At the Harbour Group, Walls' responsibilities included business development, sales and marketing and account management associated with advisory consulting, desktop/network services, application development and integration services.
