Paula Ciotti

Director of Regulatory Compliance

Paula Ciotti has been the Director of Regulatory Compliance and Compliance Officer at PHNS since February 2008. Ms. Ciotti brings over 30 years experience in the health care industry to PHNS.

From January 2002 to February 2008, Ms. Ciotti served as the Privacy and Security Officer for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Rhode Island in Providence, Rhode Island. From 1994 to 2001, Ms. Ciotti served as the Director of the Health Information Management Department at Morton Hospital and Medical Center in Taunton, Massachusetts. Also during this time, she was an adjunct faculty member of Fisher Community College in the Health Information Program. Prior to 1994, Ms. Ciotti had extensive experience in the health information management field at acute care hospitals in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Ms. Ciotti holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Providence College, Providence, Rhode Island; a certificate from the Health Record Administration Program from Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts; and a Juris Doctorate degree from the Southern New England School of Law in North Dartmouth, Massachusetts. She is credentialed as a Registered Health Information Administrator from the American Health Information Management Association.
