Mark Falkenberg

Chief Financial Officer

Mark Falkenberg joined PHNS as Chief Financial Officer in June 2006. Mr. Falkenberg brings over 29 years of financial management and public accounting experience to PHNS, including significant experience serving companies in both the technology and healthcare industries. Prior to joining PHNS, Mr. Falkenberg was the Chief Accounting Officer for Intervoice Inc., a publicly owned international technology company. From 1994 to 2000, Mr. Falkenberg served as Chief Financial Officer for Harris Methodist Health Plan, a subsidiary of Texas Health Resources, a large hospital system based in Arlington, Texas. Mr. Falkenberg holds a B.A. degree in Accounting and Economics from Texas Lutheran University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
