Daniel Allison became Chief Executive Officer of PHNS as of September 15, 2008. Mr. Allison spent from 1986 to 2007 at EDS. From 2002 to 2007, Mr. Allison was Vice President and General Manager of EDS' North American operations, which had $7 billion of revenues (one-third of EDS' revenues) and over 29,000 employees. From 2001 to 2003, Mr. Allison was Vice President and Client Executive of EDS where he was responsible for managing one of the largest telecommunications outsourcing contracts in the U.S. From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Allison was Vice President and Managing Director for EDS in Sydney, Australia where he was responsible for managing the largest outsourcing contract in the financial services industry for an Australian bank. From 1986 to 1997, Mr. Allison was a Systems Support Representative for EDS on the General Motors account in Detroit, Michigan. From 1981 to 1985, Mr. Allison was a Sales Associate with Pitney Bowes in Knoxville, Tennessee. Mr. Allison has substantial hands-on IT outsourcing operating and financial expertise, and has a successful track record in expanding revenues, improving operating margins, and improving quality and customer loyalty.
