Hospital Board Authorizes Contract for Interim Administrator

The Board of Directors of the Comanche County Consolidated Hospital District met in a special called meeting on Monday, January 22, with only a single action item on their agenda. The agenda item read, "Consider Contract for Interim Administrator."

Billing service inks deal with Tri-Lakes

Tri-Lakes Medical Center has entered a 10-year agreement with PHNS of Dallas to manage all aspects of the hospital's revenue cycle, hospital administrator Ray Shoemaker and PHNS officials announced Wednesday.

Dallas Company Takes on TGH

Tuolumne County this month took the unprecedented step of transferring many of Tuolumne General Hospital's business functions to a private company. Dallas-based PHNS has been entrusted with turning Tuolumne General's ailing finances around, even as acute medical care services at the publicly funded hospital are being eliminated.
